About The museum district

The Houston Museum District boasts 19 museums that have something for everyone. From the traditional Museum of Fine Arts to the Center for Contemporary Craft, Holocaust Museum, the Zoo, the Children’s Museum, and the Museum of Natural Sciences, the Houston Museum District is designed to inspire and educate. Texas Periodontal Associates suggests that out of town patients make at least one trip to the Houston Museum District. There are 5 walkable zones, but you can also get around on a bike, car, or public transportation.
